Here is everything you need to know for your first appointment!

I’m Liberty nice to meet you! I am extremely passionate about natural, effortless looking hair color. I can’t wait to customize a low maintenance plan suited to your lifestyle, hair type and style goals!

Day Of Your Appointment:

-When you arrive to the salon we have three complementary parking spaces behind the building designated with Gamine signage. Please use street parking if our spaces are full. We are located on the second floor of the 811 building facing Burnside.

-I want you to feel comfortable from the moment you walk in. If you arrive and I’m finishing up with client please help yourself to our complementary beverage bar in the waiting area and make yourself at home. There are hooks for your coat behind the door as well as a key for the restroom which is located at the top of the stairs outside.

-My average appointment time is 3 hours, sometimes more. I provide magazines, beverages and small snacks but please feel free to bring a book, tablet, earbuds, or your own food and drinks.

Before and between appointments…

-After you book your first appointment you will receive confirmation via text and email from my booking system. Also expect reminders a few days leading up to your appointment.

The day of your appointment please come with clean, dry hair. Dirt, oil, sweat and (especially product like hair-powder) is not optimal for a color service.

-Between appointments I will send monthly emails alerting you to when my calendar opens up. This email will include a booking link to schedule future sessions.

I’m always here to help with any questions or scheduling inquiries. Please reach out via email anytime. I will reply Tuesday-Saturday 9-5. If it’s within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment please text me.

Salon Policies

I wanted to include my salon policies before your first appointment so we are on the same page!

-I understand that unforeseen circumstances come up. I ask 48 hours notice to cancel your appointment. A fee of 50% of your service total will be charged to your card on file for no shows and late cancelations.

-I kindly ask you don’t come to your appointment with cold/flu/covid symptoms. Please understand we are desperately trying to provide a clean safe environment for both clients and stylists. (Please note if you come in symptomatic you may be asked to reschedule with a cancelation fee.)

-I do not refund services but am committed to you loving your hair. I am happy to adjust your hair with in 7 days of your appointment if you are not satisfied.
